85ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs without cause by the Company, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.
